A couple of current items before we get to the subject matter at hand.

I was on the Piers Morgan show today, it's a show that it gets millions of viewers all over the world, and I was asked to debate a,

somebody who was called a prominent Islamic scholar on the Middle East and on what's going on in

Gaza and Lebanon. And it became really a circus.

I started by, you know, setting out what I thought was the reasonable case for Israel,

and he started screaming at me that I was Epstein's lawyer and, you know, I had sex with this and that and I was a plagiarist and I was all that

and Pierce Morgan you know tried to get him to stick to the subject but but he wouldn't and

he continued to call me terrible things and so I said on the show that will settle this in court

it's defamatory to call me what he did. I believe in the open marketplace

of ideas, but I don't believe that people have the right to accuse other people of serious crimes,

which is what he accused me of.
