before with Dave Jenkins a number of times and I've been on his podcast and I've

posted some of those podcasts even here on our podcast but Dave's got a new book out that I thought was I was

intrigued by it when he first told me about it and then when I got it I was happy to get it because

he's talking about something that I think we often underestimate but first Dave let me

Well, and I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you to introduce yourself even more formally to our audience in a second but I wanted to tell you why I thought this book was

Important why I wanted to get you on the show.

You know, I often, you're writing about contentment and how it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's,

very hard to achieve.

And the subtitle of your book is it's called

Contentment the Journey of a Lifetime and that is so true and I also have written

about this recently but in a very much briefer way I'd love to how you deep

dived it here because I've been talking about some of the case work I've

seen where one of the driving motivations of some of the people we've put in custody was this elusive
