the Michael Barry show. So we have been getting a lot of whistleblower emails

which we have been forwarding regarding this colony ridge, Ms. Colonia.

On October 9th, which means it's coming Monday, the special session starts on school finance, school choice,

and the governor has added colony ridge to it. And since we first started talking about this,

I have had whistleblower emails from inside Cleveland Independent School District,

which by the way, the folks inside Cleveland Independent School District told me

that it has been made very clear to them explicitly that if you talk to the media about

colony ridge, you will be fired immediately. Cleveland ISD.

Why are you silencing your employees? What do you not want the public to know? Why are you covering

for colony ridge? You know, the more I learn, the more I get the sense, these are not just

market forces at work. There are a number of whistleblower emails. I've got to very carefully

bring them to you to avoid causing problems for the people who bring them up to me.

But going back to 2015, the mayor of Plum Grove, colony ridge files a lawsuit against her.

And during all this time, they're trying to silence her. Clearly, they non-suited the case when she

lost her election for her reelection. But there's a very interesting character. His name is Lewis

Bergman III. He's the Liberty County engineer. That turns out to be a very powerful person

as regards somebody who's trying to plat a, quote, unquote, subdivision. They call these

things subdivisions, but they're shantytowns. And he submitted an affidavit in support

of Trey Harris, who's the guy who's head of this, along with his brother.

And he says, quote, in my experience, colony ridge development has been one of the most,

is has been one of the best land developers in Liberty County.
