I gotta get in shape and I'm not just talking about, oh, it's a couple of days, post- Thanksgiving,

I feel fat. I've been slipping, man. I've been slipping for well going on two months. I don't know something happened in

mid-October early October something happened where slowly the workout faded away from four or five days a week to two three days a week then one day a week.

Now at best I'm doing a long slow distance run once a week when I watch

Better Call Saul on the treadmill. I'm telling you man the diet has gone in the toilet. Sugar? Yeah I

want sugar all the time. Nothing sounds better than a big old plateful of carbs. I can't walk through the

grocery store without looking at those cheap donuts going yes please and I'm a

donut connoisseur which means I should really only with discerning taste reach for the quality

donut, but I'm such a donut addict and so out of shape that I want those crappy cake donuts
