1:14.8	episode about ENM. I talked about a book called Polysecure, which marries attachment theory
1:21.3	to polyamory. Attachment theory is what we are talking about today. I used to be somebody who
1:30.0	loved attachment theory. When people would ask me, what's your sign? I'd be like, I don't do that.
1:34.8	What's your attachment style? And a lot of people don't know about attachment theory unless you
1:40.0	have a therapist who uses that specific practice. But actually today we're going to talk about
1:46.1	how popular attachment theory has become. Why it's become so popular as a applied theory that a
1:52.9	lot of therapists use in their practice. And why it's kind of popped off in the last four or five
1:57.8	years actually has to do with COVID and the pandemic. So I'm going to first explain what attachment
2:05.0	theory is, breakdown the history of it, what are the different attachment styles. And then I'm
2:11.3	going to get into a little bit of my personal experience with it. And then we're going to go
2:15.2	kind of out of nowhere and it might be a little controversial to people and talk a little bit
2:18.9	about confirmation bias and horoscopes and love languages. And while I know that attachment
