Summary
President Macron has proposed a one-month truce between Russia and Ukraine "in the air, at sea and on energy infrastructure."
These comments follow a meeting over the weekend in which European leaders tried to deal with the fallout from President Zelensky’s disastrous trip to Washington on Friday.
