0:51.1	And that's the question that's on every money manager's mind.
0:55.0	Now officially a recession is defined as two consecutive negative quarters
1:00.0	and it means that we would have negative growth in this quarter and negative growth next quarter.
1:07.0	Well I think the possibility is looking better and better that we might have just that. And the reason is not only have
1:17.0	eight states as of right now declared states of emergency and I think others will follow, those eight being New York, California, Washington
1:26.6	State, Florida, Oregon, Utah, Maryland, and Kentucky.
1:31.8	But also big events have been canceled like South by
1:34.8	Southwest in Austin, Texas. Coachella concerts were canceled here in the
1:40.0	desert, but they are rescheduled to October. The parade for St. Patrick's Day was
1:47.1	cancelled and the State Department came right out and said don't take cruises.
1:52.3	So there's a lot in the travel industry that's going to be
