You know, I like to be fit and healthy, so the best way I know is to just get out there and run.

Running was an outlet for me to, I guess, feel good about myself and take out some of the angers

that were going on in my life.

It's the final countdown one week to the Antrim Coast half marathon.

right before your big race, wherever or whenever that might be.

World champion, Olympic silver medalist and all-round legend Sonio Sullivan is here as always

And yeah, it's hard to look back to last Monday and think, you know, the marathon when

Funula McCormouth was finishing seventh and the Irish women were in fifth place and then

Israel on Sunday making to the final and finishing in sixth place and looking like, you know,
