You go first on what happened in this situation.

Well, I will start by saying I want to steer you towards the point after this morning about

this to get the full story. But C.J. Carr was given every opportunity to win the job. I would

imagine he will continue to be given every opportunity to maintain the job. But Kenny Minchin

made it interesting and C.J. Carr made it interesting by not performing to the level of

expectations. And I think that's a key point because as I say in the point after today,

and J.B., I mean, I'm waiting, absolutely waiting to hear what you have to say about this,
