I'm Tim O'Malley, rolling old school today with Pete Samson, the athletic, Tim Priestier,

Irish Illustrated, as we finished 14 minutes with Marcus Freeman.

Maybe get to the injury updates first.

I thought the most relevant one was the one not talked about yet, perhaps.

Josh Burnham went from about 20 snaps, I think, against Miami and limited in August to three or

four against Texas A&M. And of course, since he's available, there'll be no official injury

listed by Marcus Freeman, but it's clear that Josh Burnham is hampered, and they probably needed

all hands-on deck last week.

I believe I actually witnessed the injury, the original injury when it occurred,

early, early in August.

It was like upper upper, upper, and it, you know, I saw him throughout, when we saw

them throughout August, it was still bothering him and what did

veridino say had four he just had four snaps yeah three four snaps yeah um yeah and that's too

bad because i think he's kind of a glue guy i thought tui alamaca played really really well

last week uh you know in in spurts it's it's hard to see every rep, you know, those guys are, I think those are glue guys. We're looking for sack guys off the edge. Neither one of those guys are necessarily that, but I think they're part of the, look, before the season's over, I think we're going to be talking positively about Norddames' defense events. I think there's a good chance of that this weekend, as a matter of fact. But yeah, I mean, Burtum's a, you know, a worker B kind of guy for

them at defensive end. And so it looks like he might be, you know, remember how long it took for him

to kind of bounce back from his early season injury last year. Yeah.

Other thing, it didn't sound like Marcus Freeman didn't mention Noah Burnett, though he wasn't asked about him. He was asked about the kicking competition behind him, technically. Marcello, Diomedi, and Eric Schmidt, Pete Samson, they're good enough where they're going to keep battling through the day today. That's how good they've both been. They don't miss since they're going to both battle. Yeah, that's not.
