Welcome, everybody, to another edition of Irish Illustrated Insider. This is the first of three this

week. We'll get into more of that a little bit later. I'm Tim Priester with Tim O'Malley of Irish

Illustrated. We're joined by John Bryce of Football Scoop in Irish Illustrated. And it is football

week. It is Florida State Week. Game number nine for the Fighting Irish. We met with

Marcus Freeman. Talked about a pretty good number of topics that we'll hit upon with questions

or here in the first segment. But Florida State comes to town one in eight, and they are a really,

really bad offensive football team. They're not bad defensively, but I think that you're starting to see the erosion of their

defense a little bit because their offense just can't score, can't stay on the field,

can't possess the football.

They've got a real quarterback problem.

Their offensive line, having watched a bunch of them on Sunday night is in really bad shape.

But we'll play in the time to talk about Florida State today and Thursday.

Guys, why don't you jump in pick your topic from Marcus Freeman's conversation with us a little

bit earlier.

I'll go first on Florida State.

They're good enough where our insider at 24-7 doesn't want any Notre Dame answers on

them because everybody has stopped reading the site and waits for next year. So that's how

good Florida State's offense, defense, and special teams are, even though the special teams is good.

They don't want anything. It's over. If you guys got minus four in August for Notre Dame in this

game, you're looking pretty good. You might want to do something with that minus 26, too.

Oh, it's 26.
