Is that what they were trying to do? I think there was a schedule mix up today. Apparently there

was. I got sent back to their buses. So they may have been scrimaging after we left Camping World Stadium.

But Nordame Iowa State, which will happen on Saturday. The big news out

of Thursday's practice, I wasn't sure when I started the line of questioning whether Brian Kelly

would actually admit that Tom Reese would be the play caller and then he acted like I was crazy for

asking the question. But we needed something to fit it from him and it's no surprise that

Tom Reese will be the play caller.

He will be in the press box.

He will send down the plays through Brian Kelly, which I know people will have plenty to say about that.

But Kelly said that he's not going to micromanage.

He's just going to help Reese strategically.

If you're the head coach, it's something Pete, you and I were talking about that a little

bit of micromanaging under the circumstances since Reese has never called a game before

is probably in order.

I think that's just managing.

You know, it's before we were talking before Brian Kelly came out, I kind of wanted to ask

him this earlier in the week.
