We are about 48 hours away from Notre Dame taking on the Commodores 2-0.

Notre Dame 2-0.

Vanderbilt hasn't struggled in the least, neither offensively or defensively.

And Notre Dame did last week against Ball State after putting up a solid but struggling

offensive performance in the second half against Michigan.

Where is this team?

You know, we talk about, you know, things change every seven days.

This is still the same Nordame team that built a, that beat a good, solid Michigan team, right?

But one that continues to struggle on the offensive line.

Where is this team?

That's a great question.

Yeah, I used your 13 one-game seasons line in my mailbag this week,

because I do think it's interesting to look at second games where they've struggled in the past.

Somebody brought up, did this Saturday have like a Purdue 2012 feel to it?

I didn't really think about it at the time, but that's possible.

But I think in the same ways that the first game of the season has been unbelievably

predictive of the season overall under Brian Kelly.

The second game is not really given you much insight into anything.

If you look at Virginia in 2015, the Purdue in 2012, you know, I think even Georgia

last year, you know, the offense couldn't do anything.
