Iraq.

The question is, Iraq's health after all these years of the U.S. exiting.

Well, not entirely.

There are contractors.

There are lots of interests around the world that wish Iraq well.

However, Malcolm Honeland, the conference of presidents, joins me because we are joined

by our colleague Michael Knightz.

The Jill and Jay Bernstein fellow at the Washington Institute writing most recently at Foreign Affairs

about the condition of Iraq not positive because of its neighbor, Iran.

Michael a very good evening to you in your Foreign Affairs piece which I recommend to everyone.

You quote the National Security Advisor, Mr. Sullivan, making an ironic remark about

Iraq saying, quote, we're not pulling out the victory flag on Iraq.

What is the friction that he's speaking to Michael and how does Iran fit in here?

in Iraq.

And he was portraying this as really the primary goal of U.S. policy in the country.
