From CNN, I'm Charlie Drever with the five things you need to know for Thursday, June 19th. Iran and Israel have launched a fresh round of attacks on each other as they enter day seven of the escalating conflict.

In Israel, several residential buildings have been hit by Iranian missiles, as well as a hospital and the southern city of Bersheva.

Dozens have been injured.

CNN's Nick Robertson says the hospital's director told him the strike hit the urology unit of the fifth level of the building.

He said very fortunately the hospital had been implementing slowly moving patients in recent days to lower

levels underground to make them safe. And he said,

fortunately, the urology unit had been evacuated just yesterday. He said if that hadn't have

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps says that it targeted an Israeli intelligence and

Meanwhile, Israel targeted what it says was a nuclear facility near the center of Iran.

But Iran says it wasn't seriously damaged.

And in the capital Tehran, Iranians are telling CNN the extraordinary lengths people are going to flee,

with one woman saying her friend was forced to hitchhike for three days to reach his grandparents

But others say they're determined to stay, saying it feels wrong to abandon their city.
