Katie Shipley says that she's doing an import with her photos and Lightroom keeps hanging

up, that it's just not finishing the import all the way.

And so I talked with her through a couple solutions.

One is I've had problems with cards sometimes,

where there was a card issue and it just wouldn't get all of the data off.

It could just be, you know, just a random bug in Lightroom, which is definitely possible.

But I had another question that was kind of related to this.

Every time I import photos into Lightroom from my phone. It always brings up the error that

says not all photos were imported. Why does it say that? Do you guys know know do you have that problem I have not seen that you've

seen that Larissa yeah I can't always import all the photos from my phone into

light room it just kind of stops. I have like 4,000

photos on there so I don't know that's part of it. What version of iPhones?

I have any any version. It's been happening for a long time that sometimes I'll do an

import and it'll bring up a little dialogue box that says it it didn't import
