0:00.0	I built my first business by doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.
0:04.0	Pushed harder, worked longer, sacrificed myself for the results, for the success, said yes to every
0:09.8	opportunity that came my way, you know, cut everything out of my life, focused and zoned in
0:16.3	on growing this business and this was going to be my thing. And I wore burnout like a badge of honor.
0:22.9	And while the outside did look successful, the inside nearly broke me. Like literally, it almost cost
0:30.6	me my life. So I was forced into rebuilding that first business. Like I had to burn it down to the ground, I would say by 90%
0:40.0	in order to heal from all of the health conditions that literally had me taking a shower,
0:46.7	sitting down. Like I couldn't even go to the grocery store myself. That's the level of burnout
0:51.0	and destruction I did to my hormonal system, my adrenal system. And I had to
0:57.5	figure out a way in order to be able to operate that business and be able to pay my bills because
1:04.0	I have no backup plan. Okay. You know, contrary to popular belief of what a lot of people think
1:09.9	when they see me online, they see me on stage, they listen to the podcast, you know, if to popular belief of what a lot of people think when they see me online,
1:11.7	they see me on stage, they listen to the podcast, you know, if they're not super familiar with me,
1:16.2	they think I've got a kickass alimony check coming in. I've got a rich partner or that I've got
1:22.3	like some kind of like help from somewhere to have done all this. No, it's called the Bank of Tiffany.
1:27.2	And that's
1:28.0	my backup plan along with credit cards, which is what I used to start my first business. So I knew
1:33.8	that I had to figure out a way because this way clearly didn't work. And I didn't know if it was
1:40.3	possible to be able to have true wealth, true freedom to make serious coin,
1:47.4	while working less, making more, and honoring my well-being first.
1:52.6	I had no examples of seeing other people do it.
1:55.5	Well, none that I could think of because my brain was so fixated on the programming that I had that you've got
