Even being told you're going back to a country you have no memory of. A country where you

don't speak the language have no documentation, no real family or friends. You spent your

whole life as an American and the next day you're deported. You're sent to El Salvador or

Vietnam, Morocco, Ethiopia, Panama or South Korea. What if you had to say goodbye to everyone

you love and the only life you've ever known? This is a heartbreaking reality for more than

35,000 adult adoptees in the United States who lack citizenship and face deportation.
