cancel culture and I vowed to take a long break and really reflect.

It's a tough two months, but I'm here to announce I'm back better than ever with the

Chris Chapman duo. I am the Mountain, I am the Sea, I am the Eagle Flying High, I am the Stallion running free.

And guess what's up? I have a new lady co-host on the pod. Introducing Frankie, name sounds like a man, but she looks like a woman.

I want to tell you that part of my podcast deal is that I have

to get 1% of women to listen. Historically I have had 100% male listeners but yeah that's

going to change because on the Chris Chapman do-over, we talk about things

that women are into, like pickleball.
