It's the fall, right? So it's back to school. It's the NFL starting up. It is NBA and NHL right

And we at Sports Spectrum also decided we wanted to have something new to share with you

and to encourage you during this fall season.

And we are bringing you a seven-week series, and it is called I

Once Was. And we're really excited to share these stories about when people came to Jesus.

And it'll be one every week for seven weeks. It is a dual component, which is fun because there is both a video and then a podcast to expound upon what you hear in that video.

It's not a big time commitment.

And I want to just be upfront about that because these are pretty quick.

But as quick as they are, there's also a lot of encouragement jammed in each one of them.

I want to bring Jason Romano in to talk a little bit about how I once was, came to be, Jason.

I'm excited for this.

I really am because the idea was a few, maybe 15 months ago, I was going to say a few

months ago, but probably a last year or so we've been at these conferences and had access to

many athletes on many different availability to do a lot of things, including our podcast that

you and I have both done a bunch of interviews for. But our team there really got a chance

to sit down with a few athletes to share their best day ever, their story of being lost and then

Jesus finding them, right? I once was lost and now I'm found, like the song Amazing Grace says.
