One of the reasons we started burned it all down almost four years ago, if you can believe it,

or because they just weren't enough women in the sports podcasting game.

So really nothing excites me or any of us as much as really getting to see that change in real time. So on that note,

I'm thrilled to be able to tell you about a new basketball podcast hosted by two of my favorites,

Haley O'Shaughnessy and Jordan Liggins. It's called Spensters. I love the name so much.

This week, the first two episodes have already dropped. I loved them.

The first was about NBA moments bringing Haley and Jordan Joy right now. And the second was about

Magic Johnson's 91 HIV diagnosis and how the NBA responded particularly at the 1992 All-Star Game.

So yes, it is an NBA podcast, but Spencer's will definitely be including some WMBA talk as well.

And in addition to their candid conversations, they're going to include a lot of reported features and interviews featuring contributing reporters,
