We're going to do something a little different in the feed today.

You guys know, usually I'm very protective about putting other things in the feed.

99% of the time when the idea comes up, I go, I'm sorry, it's just, I am so protective.

But this one came up and when I looked at what this podcast is all about, I said, I think

this is actually, if it's totally, and I think the listeners are beautiful and I just would

love this.

This is a podcast called Real Good.

They started this show at the beginning of COVID.

They were going to highlight nonprofits and doing work, which is already stuff, I think,

a lot of our fans are going to be interested in.

But it really expanded, it really expanded.

And a lot of it is about mental health and specifically mental health access.

And a lot of it talks with the director of the Black Mental Health Alliance.

I'm sitting here going, man, I've talked so much about this.

The show has talked so much about this.

This intersection of this type of care and race and class and all these things.

I'm going, this seems to me like a conversation that I would love to have on the show and

that I bet our listeners would love.

So I think you're going to enjoy it.
