Hey Awesoms, back in 2012 a book I co-authored was finally published more than four years after we first had the idea for that book.

I know firsthand that dreaming about writing a book is often very different from the reality of book publishing.

Screenwriter John August knows a thing or two about that too.

If you Google his name, you can see that he wrote Big Fish and the screenplay for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and a bunch of other movies.

But two years ago, he started something he'd never done before and knew nothing about. He started writing a middle grade novel. He also

started recording himself and his interviews with agents, authors, publishers, everyone connected to his book and now it's a new show from Wondery called
