0:15.3	Ukraine has agreed to talks with Russia as Russian forces continue their assault on Ukraine's

0:22.7	The talks could come as soon as today, and they will be held at the Belarusian border.
0:28.7	That's according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's office.
0:32.5	The news of talks comes as Russians advanced into Ukraine's second largest city, Karkiv,
0:38.4	where street fighting broke out, as Ukrainian forces tried to hold back the invasion.
0:45.4	In Ukraine's largest city, the capital, Kiv, the mayor said this morning there was no
