Well, I've been at New York Film Festival the last couple of days and I was fortunate enough to see the movie prior to the festival. I've seen it twice

already and I'm a massive fan of it. I love this movie so, so much. And your performance is one

of the key components as to why I love this movie. First of all, let me just say, it's really,

really great to be speaking with you today, Vincent. So thank you very much. I have to ask you first one question. Do you know people at the Oscars?

I know a person or two. You're there. I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm okay. Yeah. I run an awards website. So yes,

I am in contact with some folks.

But hey, listen, I really am hoping for nothing but the best for you guys.

And that's part of the reason why I wanted to do this.

So I want to first start off by asking, how did you come on board the project?

What was your reaction when you read this script?

Because, holy hell, it must have hit you like a freight train, I'm'm sure so I'm going to tell you exactly the truth I knew Julia since a long time about like

eight nine 10 years but she was a friend of mine your friend and I never watch and I never spoke and I never see so, Julia as a director.

She was only a human being.

And because it's, I love people first and I love the life first.

And then after there is cinema.

It is, it is in that order.

And three years ago, we had a drink quite late in the night and who says a drink means

another drink and a third drink.

And she went to the bathroom.

And when she came out, it was my turn to go.
