I was very lucky to see this film at Cannes last year where I had such a blast.

I mean, dude, any movie where I see Nicholas Cage losing his mind and freaking out for an hour and a half

is a good time as far as I'm concerned.

I'm curious to know, though, like just, you know, for you in general to start things off here,

did any of this happen to you?

No. I mean, I could relate to a lot of elements from the story, you know, of just like people falling apart over periods of time, exhaustion, dehydration, you know, making films has an element of like, you know, you can't surf if you don't suffer.
