I am Kemper Donovan, and I am so excited on this episode to be bringing you a conversation I had with author and

superstar Christy Scholar Dr. John Curran.

But before I do, I have a bit of a preamble here.

First, I have to mention that I will be attending in two weeks' time a cozy con through my wonderful publisher of Kensington

books. My third ghostwriter mystery isn't out until this summer, so technically I will just

be discussing the first two books in my series at this convention. That would be the busybody

and loose lips, but I'm sure I will be

dropping some tidbits about the third one as well. Yes, I've chosen to embrace the cozy label.

I'm actually going to be doing an episode this year entitled, Is Agatha Christie Cozy?

Because I think that it is actually a very complicated question, as is the term cozy.

But that is fodder for another day. and perhaps at this very cozy con, which is taking place on Saturday, the 14th of March,

at the Avon Free Public Library in Avon, Connecticut. Now, this is a full day affair from 11 a.m. to

5 p.m. It's going to be a full day of author panels,

author speed dating, book signings, a scavenger hunt, giveaways. There's even going to be a hot cocoa bar.

So anyone in the New England or even upstate New York area, this is in your neighborhood.

I have done events at the Avon Free Public Library twice before.

It is one of my favorite venues.

I absolutely love it there.

And I'd love to see you there if you can make it.
