1:02.2 | perspective, career perspective, as a mom? For sure. Happy too. So I have been a women's mental health |
1:10.8 | psychiatrist for over 20 years, and I started basically working in the days when people were ashamed and there was stigma around postpartum depression. |
1:24.8 | And I've been working steadily as a psychiatrist, seeing patients, doing |
1:31.4 | advocacy work, doing some research, doing leadership, teaching medical and other allied |
1:36.6 | health care providers all about women's mental health through many, many years. And I've been really |
1:43.2 | proud of some of the work that I've been able to do in terms of |
1:47.3 | helping individuals, helping their families, and treating people on the individual and family |
1:53.5 | level. And also hopefully making a difference by trying to educate people, adding a little bit to |
