I am Kemper Donovan, and I'm very excited to bring you a really quite lovely interview that I did with mystery writer Margo Duahey.

That's coming in just a minute or two, but a few housekeeping matters I wanted to run through with all of you first.

Perhaps most importantly, I have one big ol' spoiler warning for my conversation with Margo.

We thoroughly spoiled the

murder of Roger Akroyd in our conversation, but that was the only title that we spoiled. So be aware.

I also do want to let listeners know that we bring up the topic of suicide. So just be aware of that

as well. I should mention, because I haven't mentioned it for a few episodes

that there are still tickets available to my two upcoming events at the Agatha Christie Festival

in September, in England, in Turkey. I will be doing another balloon debate panel on Agatha Christie's

greatest narrator. That is on Friday the 18th of

September from 3 to 4 p.m. My co-panelists will be Brad Friedman, Jamie Bernthall Hooker, Tina Hodgkinson,

and Victoria Dowd. I cannot wait for that event. It will be a lot of fun. And then the next day on Saturday, the 19th of September, much later in the day, from 7.30 to 10.30 p.m., also in the Spanish barn. Both these events are in the Spanish barn in Turkey. I will be hosting a game show. There are actually going to be two game shows that evening. One is more of a mastermind

style game show, which will feature a few brave super fans, but then I am hosting a panel game show

featuring a number of guest experts. And I believe we're still finalizing exactly who those

panelists are, but it's a lot of people who

you have heard from on this very podcast, and it's going to be so much fun, and I cannot wait to

quiz them and hopefully stump them, much to their and our delight. I'll be doing a live

episode for the balloon debate panel, but the quiz show is not going to be recorded.

So if you would like to experience that one, you are just going to have to attend for yourself.
