This is written by David Hughes, and David Hughes, as an introduction as a senior lecturer

of international relations at the University of Lincoln in the UK.

He has received his undergraduate master's degree from Oxford University,

holds doctorates in German studies from Duke University

and International Relations from Oxford Brooks University. Most importantly, I think,

the deep state, technocracy, global class relations, and the resurgent totalitarianism.
