but what are your favorite cuts of red meat? Oh good question. So I love ground beef, grass fed beef. I think it's quick and easy and can be used in a lot of different things. I mean I literally just like to eat a bowl of beef sometimes, but you can do it in tacos, you can make it into like a pasta. I really like
