All right, so what makes you found a company?

Like, obviously you start out a lawyer and then bam you have your own company.

Yeah you know the workplace wasn't working for me at the time I was about 12 years into my career working in Silicon Valley with tech

companies. There was little flexibility to have a little work life balance.

And I had two kids at home, three and newborn.

And I wanted to stay in the workforce,

but also wanted to have an ability to have some flexibility.

So at the time, there was not, you know, there wasn't remote time,

flex time, Zoom, you know, all of these things weren't options for me, or at least for my role at that at that time so this allowed me to

Stay you know in the business and and doing what I love to do but also have some flexibility.

And the funny thing about that is my attorney

that I have for my company and my real estate

and all of them, I have not physically

been in his presence in 20 years.

Yeah, I've got him on my speed dial.

Like I can reach him on a call for, I can reach him anywhere to get advice and still get

billed.

But I'm, you know, about once every two months I throw something, you know, I sue him a text.
