I'm doing well, sir, hanging in there, certainly. look we're going to be at football

season before we know it here and in early June it's kind of crazy to think but I know

you you're a huge lions guy and probably getting excited for 2020 what do you think? I'm super

excited I love the schedule a lot of people didn't like it I'm super excited

about that I'm really best friends with Prater he's super jacked. You know, everybody's kind of been locked up for months and they're ready to get out there and and do something great and I think that I think it's going to be a good year. I was happy with the off season and the draft and you know I think we started good last year and

some things and injuries stop the momentum but I'm excited to see what happens this

year object we need it we all need it right now.

You're not still mad at me when I said that you look like Matt Prater, are you?

No, I get that a lot and I try to say I'm better looking.

He would argue say he's better looking and he is a little younger and he's definitely in better shape I mean

he's the last two years we've hung out I think he's lost 25 or 30 pounds and got rock solid

so he is really really motivated and he condition and in his job right now so I you know

last two years I've never seen him so zeroed in as he is now in tip top shape it

makes me jealous because I'm floating around 210 and 220.
