Jason what he been up to lately buddy? Hey George I just been busy I I've been selling some of my own properties and I've made quite a bit of money on them.

Right and song. Really happy. You know, I'm just kind of moving stuff around, you know,

scaling back a little bit, simplifying a little bit. I mean, you know, I read this book that was pretty

influential about a year and a half, maybe two years ago now. It's called Die with Zero. And that book was going around in one of my mastermind groups

and all the guys were talking about it. So I read it. And that guy really influenced me a bit to just you know realize when you have

enough money I mean during the COVID era my net worth doubled right like many

wealthy people and and so you know I'm like realizing that I'm not going to live long enough to spend all this money right so I've just been kind of kind of like simplifying my portfolio,

consolidating it a bit because, you know, the old saying

diversification perpetuates wealth and concentration creates wealth.

So, you know, I've been doing the concentration thing

for decades and you know, now I'm just kind of wanna like,

you know, have an easier portfolio maybe my

ROI won't be quite as good as it was but it's it's not that big a deal like who

care you know who cares?

We just have an issue issues managing property managers?

Yeah, you know, every property you have is going to create more things to think about,

more insurance policies, more tenants, more management, and so, you know I just been kind of

consolidating a bit but I did some interestingly only well actually none of the three properties I most recently sold were on the market

okay so I just basically talked to one of the tenants who you know she bought the property from me.

This was one of my assisted living properties and, you know,

paid quite a nice premium and I carried the paper for her
