The former president's Twitter account is one of several high-profile ones to be resurrected following entrepreneur Elon Musk's takeover of the social media platform. "I think [with] Musk getting in and seeing what was happening behind the scenes, he realized pretty quickly that the content moderation rules that had been put in place by the previous regimes were actually completely arbitrary," Jake Denton, research associate in The Heritage Foundation's Tech Policy Center, says.
