and we had the opportunity to speak with Jamie recently about his path to real estate. It's been

anything but traditional. He actually

began as a journalist. He's a lawyer. He founded a university in Rwanda before trying to solve

the co-working space issue. Interestingly, in this conversation, we talk about the founding

of industrious. We also talk about the acquisition of industrious recently by CBRE, the world's largest

commercial real estate services firm.

That's where now he has a very senior position.

So we talk about how office work has changed over time, how they're adapting specifically

to Gen Z and larger trend lines post-pandemic, how Gen Z is reshaping office culture.

We also get into some interesting stories related to his interactions with

Adam Newman, the founder of a competitor, several years ago, and he gives us the reality check
