James, does this comet act unusual for a comet?

Well, in the sense that it is, yes, it's a comet.

It is a comet, not an alien spacecraft.

What's going on is it's moving really fast.

So that does two things. And remember, it's a plasma discharge comet. It's not an ice ball.

It's not melting with the solar wind or something. So what's going on? It's discharging the solar

capacitor, but at a very high rate because it's moving very fast. So what's going on? It's discharging the solar capacitor, but at a very high rate because it's moving very

So that's number one.

And so it has a very high charge because it's moving very fast, it has a hard time

keeping a tail.

And because the material is coming in, it's like a bus coming down the street, and everybody's trying to jump on the bus, but the bus is going so fast you can't get on the bus.

That's what's going on with this comet.

So it gains a tail.

It'll lose a tail, depending on the material there.

One of the things that they've been querying over since the beginning July 2nd when this was

discovered is the anti-tail. And it is a very normal characteristic of all comets to have a sunward

spike. It's just that you can't see it with most slow-moving comets that we see in the solar
