Today's episode is going to be, I'm going to explain kind of the format of things to come where the first half of every episode is just going to meet me solo,

talking about the trending topics of the internet and current events and whatever's going on, kind of like what I do on one minute man on Instagram.

And then also just talking about, you know, chopping it up about life and philosophy and living and learning and all that kind of shit.

So just my thoughts and my life and then the second half of every episode we're hoping to have a guest that I can do a proper sit down deep dive interview with.

That's the one thing that we've kind of lacked here at Barcel Sports has been like a true real hour long combo where you can really get into it with your guests as opposed to the 20 or 30 minute like

press junk it, press tour, I got a book coming out, I got a movie coming out, I need to promote it, we'll have some fun.

You know, the interviews are still going to be fun, going to be clowning around, but also, you know, I've been lucky enough to meet a lot of interesting people in entertainment, in sports, in life, on the internet and getting their thoughts and their real opinions on, you know,

getting into the meat and potatoes of it all is some interesting stuff.

So basically I was, I decided to come up with a show that fills two voids that we have here at Barcel and on our podcast network and in my own work.

And that's my solo work and those type of interviews.

Now solo work is interesting for me because for the first time in my career, I had a new project catch on and be big enough that people now know me from that as opposed to the last

11, 10, 11 years of what I've been doing and that's one minute man.

So I'd imagine right now a lot of the listeners here are old school barstool fans and fans of mine for the last decade, but a huge chunk probably like half or so are going to be one minute man fans who know me as just the guy who, you know,

rancid and raves with a fucking tinfoil hat on his head for a few minutes a day on Instagram.

So I'm talking to kind of both camps of people here and it's it's interesting.

It's different for me to have to explain like who I am and you know, which, which, which piece of content I'm doing now because it's, it's never been that way for me.

So if you are a one minute man fan, you probably, you know, you know me as the one minute man, you know me as KFC and barstool fans have always known me. I've always started every podcast I did with it's your boy KFC to the point that it became kind of a joke.

And so this is the first time really ever that I'll have, you know, the name Kevin Clancy attached to any of my work directly.

And I think that's important in the sense that I think I'm a little bit different when I'm just myself versus when I'm with other barstool personalities are doing my podcast that have been around for a long time.

For the most part, I keep it real.
