Some good news for change from the Middle East.

President Biden announced and Natineau announced that there will be a ceasefire going into effect in the middle of the night, five o'clock in the

morning, Israel time, something like that. And it's a 60-day ceasefire with Hezbollah. Let's remember

that there was a ceasefire with Hezbollah in existence, secured by the United Nations on October 7th when Hezbollah fired all those rockets into Israel.

And there was a ceasefire with Hamas on October 7th when they sent thousands of people over the border

and killed so many Israelis and kidnapped Israelis and Americans as well. So let's not count on these ceasefires working.

Hezbollah and Amos and Iran agree to ceasefires

and they last until they don't want it to last anymore.

Now, this ceasefire does have a side agreement with the United States

entitling Israel to take

whatever action it deems necessary military action if Hezbollah violates the agreement.

They violate the agreement not only by sending rockets into Israel, but by reconstituting

their terrorist groups and getting them ready to attack and try to do an October 7th in the north of Israel.

So let's see, let's see how long these ceasefires last.
