Yeah. Let's get straight into Val's question.

We also have a Nate and I view with us too. Val says, I'm fairly new to the podcast

and started listening primarily to learn about nutrition. Good, good episode for you, Val.

What I feel like I have learned is that on the bike, almost anything goes, which is easy

except I'm accustomed to not eating very much. And after listening to you guys

I realize that I'm lacking in that area and I'm trying to improve.

Part of that is not being too depleted going into a ride.

So I'm changing my off the bike nutrition. I've been doing a lot of variety

and as little processed food as possible. Crazy, but in a month, I've actually gained

a little bit of weight, maybe just because I am actually eating enough calories.

I'm hoping my body regulates and I start to cut here in the next several months.

Long story short, some days I find myself not very prepared for the day

and don't have enough calories to get me through to my afternoon ride without being way behind.

So are there any good, easy options like a protein bar I could keep in my desk at work
