Thank you. In recent decades and especially since the Supreme Court's Obergefell decision,

many scholars have tried to furnish a biblical justification for same-sex relationships.

How are we to work through that?

So I think what we see often happening is, let's say I have a close relative or a friend who lives a life of torment

struggling with this particular attraction, this same-sex attraction.

And wouldn't it be nice if I could find a justification in the Holy Scriptures

for them exercising that attraction? There's a lot of force behind those kinds of relationships.

And so in recent years, we've found a lot of scholars going back through the

scriptures and in particular looking at the lightning rod passages that deal with same-sex

activity of any sort. And there's a small handful of them.
