Let me read to you again the first verse we've already studied of Ezra's revival prayer,

his confession, and then move right into the next verse, his prayer of intercession.

Ezra 9, verse 6 says, he said, oh my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God.

For our iniquities are increased over our head and our trespass is grown up under the heavens.

And then in verse 7, he says this, since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass under this day.
