Today's episode is one that I've really been wanting to do for a while because it's something I see consistently, not just occasionally, but every

single week in some form. We're talking about insurance denials, delayed care, and what happens

when access to treatment is no longer just a medical decision, but becomes a system decision.

And before we get into the details of how this works, I want to acknowledge something that shifted

the conversation in a big way. In late 2024, an insurance CEO, Brian Thompson, was murdered.

That was shocking.

It was tragic.

And I want to be very clear.

Violence is never the answer.

But what followed that event revealed something different.

There was a level of anger, frustration, and pain from people all over the country.

People sharing their own stories, fighting for care, being denied treatment, waiting while their condition worsened, feeling completely
