I'm Garrett Downing, and I'm joined by Clifton Brown.

We just walked out of the Ravens Pre-Draft Press Conference with GM Eric Costa, head coach John Harbaugh.

This is always, it's one of my favorite press conferences, I think, of the year, certainly of the offseason, because it sets a stage for the draft.

And I know that a lot of fans have kind of nicknamed this thing, The Liars Luncheon over the years.

But I think that that nickname is a little bit unfair.

Right.

A little bit unfair.

When you actually go back over the years and look at some of the things that the Ravens have said,

I think they've been fairly straightforward about what they some of the things that the Ravens have said. I think they've been

fairly straightforward about what they think of the draft class and the big picture approach.

Of course, they're not coming out here and announcing who they're going to draft.

Let's not get carried away. But I think that you can truly glean some insight into the way they

think about the upcoming draft, the class, and how they plan to attack it.

No question.

I mean, they're not going to get specific, as you said, about the guys they like most,

but they have a tried and true philosophy of how they do things.

And they've been studying these guys for months.

And really, there aren't, like, major secrets about what positions they're probably going to look at, who were the top guys at those positions.

It's just a question of which flavor they like best.

So, yeah, I think that not even having to read between the lines all the time, you get a better picture after

this press conference of what Eric DeCost is thinking.
