Hello, and welcome to episode 377 of the keto diet podcast. We have a really fun one today. We're talking about

0:09.2

changing up how you eat on your ketogenic diet. I don't know about you, but eating low-carb

0:14.8

ketogenic wherever you are on the spectrum of places, it can get really monotonous. Like

0:21.4

I in one of my podcast intros for quite a long time, I always said that I liked to dip my

0:27.2

pork rinds and avocado oil mayo, which I loved for so long. But I will tell you right now,

0:33.0

that combination now, even the thought of it makes me want to puke. I've had way too much. And I think

the beauty of a ketogenic diet, a low carb diet, is that it's so simple. When you get into the

0:45.6

groove and you find the things that work for you, you will eat the same things over and over and

nuts, was salt and coconut oil. And I would crush it up or I would have them whole. And I would

1:07.6

ruts with these really quick and easy, I guess you could call them meals, but I wanted to have

1:13.3

a chef on to talk with us about how to make it quick and easy and actually nutritious and delicious.

1:20.9

And something you could share with a friend and they wouldn't be like, oh, why are you serving me

1:25.2

coconut oil macadamia nuts soup? This is disgusting. So we're talking about how to love your food,

1:34.2

how to prepare food for friends and family, different combinations of flavors, how to get

1:39.2

inspired in the kitchen. It's a really, really great one. I hope you really enjoy it. Our guest today

1:44.6

is Scott Parker, who's a two Michelin star chef, who's trained at the prestigious Westminster

1:50.0

1:55.6

while working at the Grobsner house hotel and Bentley's restaurant 1880 headed up by Andrew Turner.
