To give you a brief introduction, Bob Nilsson began his career as a consultant at the World R&D Bane & Co.

He went on to serve at various positions of leadership for a period of large companies.

He was Senior Vice President of Yum Brands, the COO of Taco Bell, President of Burger King.

In 2004, Bob led the purchase of Cafe Rio where he served intermittently as Chairman and CEO for nearly 15 years before the company's acquisition in 2017 and Bob hold an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Kathleen Nilsson is a University of Utah alumni who studied psychology. She is an accomplished marathon runner and mother of three sons and two daughters.

She served and counseled side by side with Bob and many church callings and most recently as leaders of the missionary of Ohio for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where I served my mission and they were my mission president.

Okay, Bob and Kat, thank you guys so much for having us with you in your house. This is such a pleasure for us to be here.

It's fun to have you here. Great to have you. Yeah, awesome. So like, I wish you guys could see it. We're in this like Mahogany study.

It reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. We're surrounded by shelves of books and then also sundry weapons of hunting.

Just stuck around the world. There's the skull up there. Spears and Elevator. Spears and skull is just a lot of really cool things. So that's y'all setting. If you can imagine, we're all sitting in high back leather chairs. I love it.

So Bob and Kat, we already talked a little bit about this in the intro, but they're like mentors to me and Ashley.

They were my mission presidents. For those of you who don't know, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you served a two-year mission and they were the leaders of it.

And I was out there in Ohio. They were my leaders for two years. You know, we stayed in touch since my mission.

Huge inspirations to me and Ashley. And we're just excited to sit down with them and ask them questions about life.
