owner. We actually focus in the UK here today and I'm really excited,

Jed who we've got on today has been in Boosely's world for quite a while and I'm really

pleased to get his story find out about how he got into hospitality, what he's doing now,

what he's excited about and things that you'll be able to pick up and learn from his experience as

thanks for being here. Thanks Liam, thanks for having us. Yeah, I enjoy the show, I watch it

often and like you say, I've been in this market for a long time so it interests me tremendously,

you know, I say every day's a school day in this game. Absolutely, I certainly feel it is so

people are already have picked up on your name of your business and also your accent but if you can

give an introduction to yourself and where your business is based in the world, what sort of

business it is, how many units and how long you've been hosting, that would be awesome.

Okay, super, well, I should actually get from the accent on the scouts, but regardless of the

plastic scouts, because we live two and a half miles away from Liverpool City Centre, but

we're in a small peninsula called the Will, it's a beautiful part of the world,

almost an island and we've got a huge beach old and Mersey Beach culture which is going on,

which is the theme for my service accommodation when I did my market research when a year ago,

I did a lot of background marketing to why people visit Liverpool and it's just unbelievable,

well, why people love to come on experience, the Beatles phenomenon, so I tell it my marketing
