Personal style is so important because as adults, when we think about it,

we spend a lot of money buying things strictly for the way they look, whether it's a car.

Now yes, you want things to function as well of course but your countertop is going to function

the same way whether it's marble or whether it's you know a man-made material.

It's a surface where a plate and a glass can be.

So really it's about aesthetics and somewhat quality too, but we spend a lot of money,

hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars as adults buying things,

whether it's a sweater, whether it's a car, a bath vanity, it can be a notebook that we use to write in I mean it's a new year and

everybody has their new fresh calendar I think's based on the way we look on the

way they look yet we're never taught how to look at things.

And so I think that to have conversations early on about just what do you gravitate towards? Do you like blue? The world seems to love

blue and white, but I'm sure there are people out there who don't like blue and white.

That's okay. There's, you know, there's not a color police if you will.

So I think that it's important to at least consider

what your personal style is before you go out and design a home or buy a car or go shopping for new garments, any of those things,

you should kind of know what you like before because I think when we do this blindly, we spend a lot of money that we don't need.

And that's what all of us don't want to do, right?

We don't want to spend more money than we have to.
