comfort and warmth of the studio and decamp down to the matry gym in Leafy,

Essex surrounded by the beautiful countryside.

Not that it's not comfortable here, it is comfortable here,

but it's certainly different.

And with me is head trainer Tony Sims.

Tony, we're just about to go in and have a look at the gym

and a quick chat. Let's get it out of the

rain first of all. First thing's first I think if we just take this inside. So just

give us a little bit of background on when exactly you got here because I remember going to see you in in

Haynault at the gator when you were training good fighters there on an industrial

estate and now here you are in the back garden of a kind of

mansion a lake outside a three four hole golf course outside a helicopter pad it's not

your average setting for a boxing gym.

Yeah, it's, we've been here nearly five years now and the guy who owns the land is a friend of Barry Earn, so we made a good connection there and this was a one time his helicopter hangar so we've obviously made it into the gym and a lot of a lot of the local boys from Essex yeah and

obviously you got the travelers here so there's a good mixture in here.

Well it's interesting.

As soon as you walk through the door,

the gym is exactly what you'd expect.
