Edie is the co-founder of Advocates for Animals, which is the UK's first animal protection

law firm, and is the founder of the Animal Law Foundation,

which is a charity that advocates and researchers for better enforcement and interpretation

of animal protection laws. Edie started her career in intellectual property law before

marrying her passion for law with her passion for animal protection and before working

in the current organisations that she currently works for, EDI was a solicitor for several years
